Corporate learning
Psychological training
Practical programs for business communication, emotional intelligence, conflict management, and working effectively in a team.
1. Communication skills
Communication training treats business communication as part of corporate culture: a sign of it, a carrier of it, and a practical way to develop it.
How freely we use the tools of communication also determines how well we can persuade others and reach the result we need.
After the program you will:
- You will be able to assess your communication skills and develop your own style.
- You will learn the aspects of business communication and what makes each of them succeed.
- You will learn the techniques of effective communication and how to use them in practice.
2. Manipulation in business relationships, and how to resist it
Manipulative techniques push the other person toward actions that do not serve their own interests. The aim is to influence both the rational and the emotional side of the conversation. These techniques work because psychological defenses are triggered without the person noticing. We look at how to resist manipulation and how to stand up for your own interests and needs.
3. Emotional intelligence, or managing emotions
Emotional competence makes a person a highly effective member of any team.
Emotional intelligence, the ability to perceive, understand, and regulate one’s own feelings and those of other people, is recognized as a factor in personal success and a necessary part of developing leadership.
A successful leader today is a leader with developed emotional intelligence.
Whether or not you are a manager, this program will help you understand and develop your own emotional intelligence.
